My SECRET LIST: 100 Products to Sell on Amazon UK!

Top products to sell on Amazon UK!

“What product should I sell?”

That is the million-dollar question—and it’s one that I have heard thousands of times over the last 15 years of doing business online and running this blog. For the first decade, it was all about eBay, and now it’s all about Amazon. It doesn’t matter what the platform is, new sellers have ALWAYS struggled to find the RIGHT product to sell.

And I totally get it—the struggle is real! Take, for example, my Amazon Sharks program. Even though I explain exactly how to do market research in the course, as well as how to find profitable products to sell on Amazon UK, there are still people who find this process difficult and stressful. And there are several reasons why this happens:

1) They can’t see through the numbers. There are so many data points that we need to simultaneously look at and weigh up as part of this process. It is based on what these numbers say and how they relate to each other, etc. that we make our product selection decisions. For many people, this is simply too much and they start to think that this Amazon FBA game is only for math geniuses. Which is not true at all!

2) They can’t evaluate the competition properly. If you’re just starting out on Amazon and haven’t sold anything before in your life, it’s not easy to properly evaluate the existing competition, listings and products. You won’t have the experience to quickly judge how good or bad the competition is—it’s as simple as that.

3) They can’t pull the trigger. Finally, when all the work has been done, the research completed and the product chosen, they still can’t make that final decision to move forward with an order! They’re afraid that they’re making a mistake and the product won’t sell. They’re afraid of taking the risk.

The reality is that product selection is indeed the most difficult part of the whole Amazon FBA process, so I understand that for people who are new to all of this, it feels hard. It feels hard because it is hard.

For me? Not so hard at all…

eBay and Amazon product research

I have been doing this my whole adult life. I can take a five-second look at the Jungle Scout data and instantly know if there’s potential in the product or not. I can take a quick glance at the competing listings and know exactly what their weaknesses are (or not) and how can I beat them (or not). I can search for a product on Alibaba and, in just a few minutes, get a good feel for the supplier side of things, like prices and MOQs.

But I can only do all of these things because I have experience. Nothing else. When you have been doing something for so long, you really start to look at things differently.

It’s almost like something from the movie The Matrix. You can simply see through the surface of any data that you look at on Amazon, Jungle Scout or Alibaba!

Matrix

And when I say experience, I don’t just mean experience with my own products and businesses.

The real experience and advantage I have comes from the TENS of THOUSANDS of e-mails, messages and blog comments I have read and replied to over the last 15 years. My blog and my video courses have allowed me to look into other people’s businesses, problems, struggles, sourcing processes and everything else.

But it’s hard to teach this skill. There are millions of nuances that, in an ideal world, you need to know about to make the best possible decision. Of course, I have done my best to cover this process as thoroughly as possible in the Amazon Sharks course, but I do know that no matter how many videos my students watch, they won’t reach the same level of deep knowledge on this topic that I have. It’s simply not possible.

Plus, there’s another side to this process that you can’t change no matter how hard you try: CREATIVITY!

Some people are simply more creative than others. That’s just how it is. There are so many extremely hard-working and intelligent people who want to do business on Amazon, but their lack of creativity puts them at a disadvantage because they can’t come up with good product ideas and brand names.

So, I think it is time to help these people out with selecting viable products to sell on Amazon. I can’t help everyone, but I can help some, and here’s how I will do it.

My Secret
Product List

Amazon product ideas

Four years after launching my original Amazon Sharks course, I’m now creating a brand-new product/service specifically for those who are struggling with the product selection process.

Personally, finding products to sell on Amazon has never been a big problem for me. The market research process has always been so easy and effortless. I don’t know if it is my creative mind or my years of experience, but I have never struggled with product or business ideas in general.

In fact, having too many business ideas is a problem I’ve always dealt with!

Whenever I see a good product or business opportunity, I write it down in the Notes app on my phone. I save these up, thinking that I will get into that niche/product/business one day. But obviously, that’s not possible. I can’t run dozens or hundreds of businesses. I simply can’t.

I mean, I probably could if I hired a lot of people to help with all the various tasks involved, but as I have explained previously in my blog, that’s not my dream. I don’t want to run a large organisation and deal with all the problems and headaches that come with it! I’m perfectly happy with my small team and the income I make right now.

Amazon product ideas

And that means that lots of my product ideas simply go to waste. So, why keep these all to myself when there are people out there who struggle with the product selection process?

During the summer, I went through all my notes and counted 68 product ideas! Some of them were outdated by now, but still, the list was large enough that I came up with a new idea (as always happens).

So, here’s what I have decided to do:

I will offer this product list to my customers, but I will only make a very limited number available!

There’s no point in me sitting on all of these great product ideas when they could be launched by other people, right? Exactly! And hopefully, this way, I can help out people who find it really hard to discover good product ideas to sell on Amazon.

I have spent the last few weeks researching and coming up with more great product ideas, and I have finally managed to narrow it down to the 100 best ideas I could come up with.

All of these products have good potential on Amazon UK (and most of them will do well on the EU marketplaces, too) and can be profitable. Of course, you still need to do a good job on the listing creation, photography, marketing, etc., but all of those things are covered in the Amazon Sharks course—and they’re much more technical! By that, I mean you can easily learn those skills as they don’t rely that much on experience or your creative talents.

Anyways, the final product list is ready, so I have created a new, dedicated website where this list will be available to all of you very shortly:

SecretFBAProducts.com

Secret FBA Products

By “available”, I mean you will be able to purchase this exclusive list of products.

Here’s the catch: I can’t share this list with everyone. If I do that, it loses its value. If hundreds or thousands of people see the same list of 100 products, it will inevitably create HUGE competition in those niches, which undermines the whole point of having such a list!

We have seen this happen with MANY products in the past. For example, when a Jungle Scout webinar mentions a product, a few months later, the market is suddenly flooded with sellers of that product.

I don’t even have to look that far. Take my own business, for example. I don’t publicly share my niches, but there is one business that I do openly share in the Amazon Sharks course.

You would think that my own students would be smart enough—or at least respectful enough—to not touch my business? Ha! I have seen at least two cases where students have copied my product idea and started selling the same product. And by copy, I mean they have even copied my packaging design and layout almost exactly.

While we can’t avoid competition forever, on Amazon, it really helps to have lower competition when you’re just starting out, as then you have time to build up your rankings, ratings and reviews. With those firmly established, it’s much harder for competitors to compete with your positions.

That’s why I’m only selling this list to 30 people—that’s it! It is truly a one-time opportunity to get my list of 100 products to sell on Amazon UK! Once these 30 places are gone, they’re gone. I may come up with a new list in the future, but this list will never be sold again.

Yes, 30 is not a lot, but my thinking is that if there are 100 products and 30 people get the list, the chances of 5 or 10 people picking the same products is very low. People will have various interests, experience levels and budgets, so the list should spread out quite evenly across all sellers.

And it’s not like these products currently have NO competition at all! All of these products are actively being sold on Amazon, so it won’t make a huge difference if two or three more people start to sell them. Everyone will have different product variants, branding, price points, presentation, etc. However, if 10 or 20 people started to sell the same product, that would create a problem.

That’s why I have decided to limit this list to 30 copies only.

Launch day

The website SecretFBAProducts.com is already live, so if you’re interested, you should register for the waiting list there. The list will go live next week, on the 24th of September, so if you want to grab one of those copies, be sure to act fast! Until then, I’ll be sorting out a few bonuses that will complement the list AND, most importantly, really help out people who struggle with creativity.

Pricing will also be announced very soon. My main goal with this is not profit. If that was the case, I would create a coaching program and charge £3k to £5k per person, just like everyone else does.

I just want to allow my product ideas to become a reality and help my customers at the same time. The money I make from selling this list will simply compensate me for my time putting it all together. I think it’s a true win-win situation for both parties.

OK, that’s it for today. If you’re interested in getting access to 100 Amazon FBA product ideas, go to the website SecretFBAProducts.com and sign up for the waiting list! That way, you will get updates on the bonuses and pricing and you won’t miss the launch time!

If you have questions about anything covered here today, feel free to leave them below the post. I will personally reply to you within 24h, Mon.- Fri.

Best regards,
Andrew

Hi Andrew, so great to come across your material. I am brand new and really wanted to launch a product in the UK before the end of the year, however I noticed that you advised against this. Is there a particular reason for that advice?

    1. Andrew Minalto

      Hi Candace,

The reason is very simple – there’s not enough time left to do the full research, find suppliers, get samples, place an order, do branding etc. etc.

Especially when there will be a cut-off date in November or December, after which you won’t be able to send in any goods.

  2. Hi Andrew,

Really love your website/blog and layman’s way of talking to us readers about FBA..

So I noticed a lot of your advice is based on UK/EU based Amazon, the UK market attracts me as its my own country so no messing with VAT unless I hit a key product! Like you said we are several years behind the US, but the figures of US customers is huge compared to the UK as are some of the product revenues.

As a starter at FBA would you stick with keeping it simple in your own country or go for the bigger market of the US.

Once again, thanks for all your great advice, people like me really appreciate it..

      Hi Martyn,

      Thanks for your comment.

Yes, absolutely. Anyone who starts out with the first product should start in their own, local Amazon marketplace (if there’s one). Even if it just means learning everything and launching a small product to see how everything works. Them, you can always expand into EU marketplaces (my first recommendation) AND if you feel confident about your skills – the US marketplace too.

      Thanks,
      Andrew

  3. Hi Andrew,

I have seemed to missed the offer and states sold out, will you have more spaces in the near future?

    1. Andrew Minalto

      Hi Ravi,

      No, sorry, it’s sold out.

      Andrew

  4. Andrew, thank you for keeping things fair and transparent and not praying on people with courses that promise everything and more. The amount of work and thought you put into this 100 product list project is evident throughout, thank you!

Many Thanks, Maria for your support, I really appreciate it! 😉

  5. i assume all the products on the list would be sourced from china and realistically would be for sale in Q1 next year rather than this year?

    1. Andrew Minalto

      Hi Tim,

Yes, that is correct. 99% of the products in my list should be sourced from China and unless you want to rush things, you shouldn’t really look for launching in Q4, this year.

In theory, though, that is possible IF you pick a small item that can be shipped via courier services AND manufacturers can quickly fulfil the order. But it will depend on the branding strategy and other things, so again, I don’t think it’s wise to rush things just to get the product on Amazon in time for Christmas. (unless you have a very good reason to do this and have necessary experience)

      Thanks,
      Andrew
