  1. This might be a little complicated so thanks in advance for any help Andrew that can help me
I am currently selling on Amazon UK , My business address is listed as an Irish company so i set up my amazon fba account as an Irish company , this was a mistake as I had to pay VAT from the get go in the UK where as if I set up as a UK company I would not have to have to pay VAT until i reached 85.000 pounds , OK so this was my first mistake
Anyway now i feel the USA marketplace is a better option for me as i see a few oppurtunitys. My questions are

Do I need to create a new Amazon account to sell in USA

Do i need to set up a US llc to sell in Amazon US

If i wanted to sell my USA amazon account down the line created a good brand etc would it be a smoother to sell if it was a USA company business residence or would it matter if company business address was Ireland

And finally if i kept Ireland as business residence what sales tax would I have to pay in USA

    Thank you in advance

      Hi Adrian,

I did answer your email/ticket for these questions.

      Thanks,
      Andrew

  2. Hi Andrew, I just wanted to say that your advice is leading me slowly from being a hobby seller towards taking the plunge into eBay trading as a serious form of income. In a world of BS you just tell the facts how they are are – very refreshing!
